Marriage License Information

Marriage licenses are issued 6 days a week at the Douglas County Administration building located on Highway 50, just 2 blocks from Montbleu.

Application Fee: $75.00 (cash fee) includes one certified copy
Waiting Period: None
Expiration Date: One Year
Blood Test: None
Age and Identification Requirement:

1. 18 years of age and up - Drivers License, Certified Copy of Birth Certificate, Passport, or Military ID (only one of the above required)
2. 16-18 years of age - parental consent (notarized) or parents present to give consent
3. Under 16 - by court order only

License must be presented to chapel prior to ceremony
